Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for the software products and services by our platform. However, in case of non-utility of the services and products that even after strict verification, our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund, and we will not strictly entertain such a request. We are not selling any physical goods; we only sell digital goods, services, or software products.

However, if eligible for a refund, you must share the proof of purchase and the transaction that happened between our platform and the customer.

Refunds

Once the proof of purchase, utility verification, and transaction record are verified and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
